Rachel Devlin

Chairperson of the Board

Roselawn’s Rachel was Producer of Thursday’s D15 Today programme and was a Public Health Nurse by profession. She has worked as a Child Welfare and Skills Training Consultant, Member of Castleknock National School Board of Management.

Colman Duggan

Deputy Chairperson

Colman Duggan, of Delwood, has produced and presented on D15 Today for 2 years and has worked as a Child Care Manager in the HSE. He currently writes for Hospice Connection, St Francis Hospice. He also sat on the Board of Cari – Children at Risk in Ireland.

Andrew Kavanagh

Marketing

Andrew is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at Castleknock Hotel, a role he has occupied since May 2008. He has worked in management within the hospitality industry for the past thirteen years based in Dublin and Sydney. He has an Honours BA in Marketing Management and is currently studying for a diploma in Digital Marketing Strategy at Dublin Business School.

Hugh McCabe

ITB Representative

Hugh is currently a lecturer in Computing in the Department of Informatics at the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB). He has worked in partnership with 92.5 Phoenix FM for a number of years coordinating the annual Internship programme with the station and joined the Board of Directors in January 2017.

Eoin Loughnane

Treasurer

Eoin is currently the Financial Controller in Castleknock Hotel & Country Club, a position he has held for the last 9 years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 while training at Deloitte. Prior to this, he graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2002 and completed a Masters of Accounting in 2003 in the Smurfit Business School in Blackrock.

Brian Heelan

Brian has a background in financial services but now works as a consultant with a special interest in risk and compliance in the voluntary sector.

He has a BBS from Dublin City University and an MBS from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

He contributes from time to time as a presenter with 92.5 Phoenix FM in addition to his role as director with the radio station.
