Have you always wanted to do that obscure music show or dramatic radio production? Do you fancy yourself as the next big radio chat show host? Well, if so, now is your chance! Here at 92.5 Phoenix FM, we are excited to announce details of our third annual Radiothon fundraiser.
Broadcasting live for 24 hours, from 9am on Friday, June 17th, Radiothon 2016 can give you the break you’ve been waiting for. This is one of the most exciting events in the 92.5 Phoenix FM calendar and we want the whole of the community to join in the fun.
The station is a volunteer driven, not-for-profit organisation. All funds raised during the Radiothon will go towards keep the station on the air and to continue having the voices of Dublin 15 heard. The event will see the Station build on the success of the previous two years of Radiothon, which have seen 92.5 Phoenix FM teaming up with numerous individuals, local business and Community Groups to great effect.
Not only is this a huge opportunity for individuals to get hands on with the media by producing or presenting their own show, it is also a great chance for local enterprises and Community Groups to inform Dublin 15 about the work they do and what they can offer. We urge people from all sectors of the community to get in touch and be a part of the excitement.
