Over 270 new Affordable Homes announced for Dublin 15

Fingal County Council announced on Friday almost 500 new homes across the county under affordable dwelling purchase arrangements, including over 270 homes in Dublin 15.

Hollystown will see 93 new homes in Kilmartin Grove and Wilkinson’s Brook, while Mulhuddart will receive 180 homes in Church Fields under the scheme. Kilmartin Grove will comprise of 22 2-bed and 14 3-bed mid-terrace units. Further details regarding the Wilkinson’s Brook and Church Fields developments are to be announced.

Commenting on the announcement on Friday, the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Adrian Henchy, said: “The Affordable Housing Scheme is giving more people the chance to purchase their own home. There was a lot of interest in the three schemes already put up for sale and people will be delighted that there will be even more homes available for purchase in the coming months.”

Applications for Kilmartin Grove in Hollystown open at 12pm on Tuesday, March 19th. It is expected that applications for Mulhuddart will open next month, with Wilkinson’s Brook in Hollystown following in May. More details on these developments and how to apply can be found at affordablehomes.ie.
