About the Show

Carers in the Community

Carers in the Community is presented by Sandra Dillon, a radio programme for carers everywhere which includes interviews with guests in the Dublin 15 area. The format of the show is a song from Sandra’s caring role, the interview with a good chat about their caring roles and a song of their choice.

We may explore a lot of things, perhaps we will get the time to look at the triggers of what affects our mental health in our caring role.

Tune in on Wednesday afternoons at 4.30pm to 5.00pm and repeated Saturday mornings at 9.00am to 9.30am only on 92.5 Phoenix FM.
