Ahead of the busy Christmas and New Year season, Dublin Bus runs additional departures for the Nitelink route 70n to and from the city centre. The route departing from Westmoreland Street passes through much of Dublin 15, and runs at least three departures a night on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 12am, 2am and 4am, in addition to half-hourly departures on the existing 39a route from UCD Belfield.
