National Community Radio Day- June 17th 2022, Hosted by 92.5 Phoenix FM

Since 2015 Craol has celebrated National Community Radio Day on the third Friday in June. The Theme for 2022 National Community Radio Day – Migrant Volunteering and Access.

Over the years Community Radio Stations throughout the Country have worked to ensure open access to all members of their communities and have welcomed volunteers from across the world who have come to live in and have settled in these communities. National Community Radio Day 2022 will celebrate the wealth of contributions from volunteers from migrant communities who give their time and skills to Community Radio Stations all over Ireland.

With very special guests, contributions from member stations throughout the country, music, craic and lots, lots more you can join us at the Phoenix Park Visitor Centre from 12 midday or you can listen HERE on 92.5 Phoenix FM or check your local Community Radio Station.

Also this year Craol is celebrating 25 years since establishment and the 2022 National Community Radio Day will be a day of celebration for the sector.
